ABOUT
This is a rigorous exercise that aims to improve the practitioner's typographic composition. Exploring possible ways to create contrast develops a sense of proportion and spatial awareness.
Every week it is necessary to produce 10 layouts using the same content and following size, weight and style limitations. Each week fewer limitations are imposed, which increases both the possibilities and the difficulty.
How visually interesting can a layout be before it becomes confusing? How clear and objective can a composition be before it becomes boring? Finding the balance between these two extremes is the designer's task.
